The Challenge
Solace Health needed to connect with a very specific audience—Medicare patients—while establishing themselves as trustworthy, empathetic, and resilient in their mission to fight for better healthcare on behalf of their clients. With no official brand guide, I had to interpret their visual identity from their existing website and Facebook presence. The challenge was not only to design quickly, but to craft messaging and visuals that resonated deeply with their audience, inspiring both trust and action.
The Goal
The goal was to design strategically, not just aesthetically. I conducted research into healthcare advocacy and similar industries, studying how competitors spoke to and engaged with their audiences. I paid close attention to copywriting and visual cues that could connect emotionally—often aiming to pull at heartstrings while maintaining credibility. For the email, I wanted to bring the brand to life in a way that made first-time customers feel both excited and prepared for their healthcare journey.
The Solution
I delivered a set of three social media ads that combined thoughtful messaging with impactful visuals, each crafted to resonate with Medicare patients and communicate Solace Health’s advocacy-driven mission. In addition, I designed a welcome email that served as a strong first impression—both a clear introduction to the brand and a warm, memorable start to the customer experience.
